What is your wait list fee?
There is no fee to be on our wait list. However, we do require completed applications before adding an applicant’s name to our wait list.
Must I sign a long-term lease?
Our residents do not sign long-term leases. Our agreement is month to month.
How will my apartment be furnished?
Your apartment is yours to furnish and decorate as you wish. Our Maintenance staff will hang pictures, shelves or any window treatments for you.
What are visiting hours?
We have no scheduled visiting hours at The Converse Home. This is your home and friends and relatives may visit at any time.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed if a resident is able to appropriately care for them. Please ask about our pet policy which will provide further details. Permission must be granted prior to a pet moving into a resident’s apartment.
