Nursing Department
Director of Nursing
Are you a nurse looking for a position that brings joy and fulfillment both personally and professionally? . This is a rare opportunity to join a compassionate and supportive team in an exceptional community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Co-Executive Directors, the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)/Nurse Educator, and department directors to ensure residents receive high-quality care with respect and dignity.
- Lead the traditional assisted living and memory care nursing teams by maintaining and implementing policies and procedures in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Supervise and work closely with the ADON, Memory Care Manager, and licensed nurses and care staff to ensure best practices and ongoing education.
- Work closely with the Co-Executive Directors to monitor and address financial considerations and the nursing departments budget.
- Ensure resident charts and nursing documentation are accurate and in compliance with state regulations.
- Participate in pre-admission screenings for prospective residents, visiting prospective residents in the building and off site, providing input to the admissions team.
- Serve as the primary point of communication for families, residents, staff, hospitals, rehabilitation communities, and providers, ensuring a collaborative and transparent environment.
- Responsible for ensuring adequate staffing levels for the nursing department by working closely with the Clinical Administrative Assistant, share on-call responsibilities and provide occasional evening, night, or weekend coverage when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
- Valid Vermont Registered Nurse (RN) license and a valid driver’s license.
- Strong background in Med-Surg and chronic long term care nursing, healthcare operations management, with a solid understanding of skilled nursing standards of care and Vermont state assisted living regulations.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with a compassionate approach to the nursing team, department staff, residents, and families.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally and adapt to occasional weekend or after-hours needs.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary range: $95,000–$120,000.

RN/LPN
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care with compassion and professionalism.
- Administer medications and treatments according to care plans.
- Monitor residents’ health status and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate and support residents and their families.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
Qualifications:
- Current LPN or RN license in the state of Vermont.
- Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

RCA
We are currently looking for FT and PT RCAs to work in both our traditional and memory care communities:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Provide compassionate and respectful care to residents while maintaining their dignity and independence.
- Monitor and document residents’ health and well-being, reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
- Help maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other team members.
- Follow all community policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of residents.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare role preferred.
- Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and caring demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to pass a background check

Maintenance Team
Maintenance Team Member/Driver
Are you a caring and adaptable individual who enjoys working in a team-oriented environment? We are looking for a Driver & Maintenance Team Member to provide safe transportation for our residents and assist with light maintenance tasks.
What You’ll Do:
- Safely transport residents to and from appointments and outings.
- Assist residents in and out of vehicles, operating ramps and lifts as needed.
- Assist with flooring maintenance.
- Escort residents to appointments when necessary.
- Perform light maintenance duties around the community including lawn care, landscaping, shoveling, and minor home repairs as assigned by supervisor.
- Be available for on-call maintenance support one week per month (rotating schedule).
What We’re Looking For:
- A compassionate and patient individual who enjoys working with seniors.
- A team player with a flexible attitude—every day is different!
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to assist residents with mobility needs safely.
- Some general maintenance experience preferred.

Dining Team
Dining Room Servers
We’re currently looking for compassionate and friendly individuals to join our dining team as Servers. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work with the same residents each day, build meaningful connections, and make mealtimes a highlight of their day.
Position Details:
Schedule: Breakfast Day shifts, 7-11 am, lunch shifts 11am-2:30pm Evening shift, 3:30–7:00 PM.
- Serve meals in a professional, caring manner to residents and guests.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and kitchen service areas.
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide an excellent dining experience.
- Bring a positive attitude and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
